Welcome

Late Bookings

We can still squeeze one of two traders in. If you are interested, please ring Richard on 07714 765122.

Saturday Night

Chris Nelson will hopefully be with us on the Saturday night to host our usual quiz and prize-giving event. Richard has worked hard this year setting up the event, so please show your support by attending the BBQ and beer tent en masse!

90% of the traders attending this year's show have donated £750 of prizes in the form of vouchers, which will be presented on the Saturday night to our loyal following, in the usual manner.

Bring and Buy

Brian will be running the B&B with help from the West Country lads, Sharron and Daniel. A form is available in our Downloads section.

BGS Cafe

Yes, it's back. We will be manning the Museum's cafe once again this year :)

Breakfast

Richard has confirmed that breakfast will be hosted indoors this year, by The Tank Museum. The previous breafast/burger van will not be in attendance.

Last Bovington show?

Sadly, we will be unable to host a wargames show at Bovington after this year's event. The Tank Museum are adding additional exhibits, so the space required to put on such an event will be significantly reduced. We have alternative venue plans for next year...

Updated 26th June - Camping

To save yourself a tenner(£10) camping pitches may still be booked up until about 8pm this Wednesday. Any spaces available on the weekend, will be charged at the pre-book rate plus £10!

The shower and toilet blocks has cost £2,000 to bring on site this year, which has had to be paid for in advance!

Please visit Richard's website Looks Like Repros to book.

£526.94 raised for Combat Stress
Post ShowHi Richard

It was great to see you all over the weekend, and was touched by the way in which I was invited into the War game world. I have to say my expectations of what I could raise over the weekend were totally blown out of the water on Saturday night when I was handed the pot full of money. The weekend was a very successful one with many contacts made and a total of £526.94 being raised, of that just short of £150 was raised from the raffle collection.

I would be very grateful if you could please pass on my sincere thanks to all those who supported the Charity over the weekend, without this kind of support it would not be possible to get the Society more exposure.

If there is anything I can help you with please feel free to get in touch, and all being well I will see you all again next year. Thank you to you all for a great weekend and for welcoming me into your community.

Kind Regards

Tony Byrne
